Beginning your medical weight-loss journey with us is simple. We've designed the process to be supportive, transparent, and personalized every step of the way.

1. Schedule Your Free Consultation

Your first step is an in-person visit with one of our providers. This consultation is completely free and gives us time to learn about your goals, health history, and answer your questions. We will review the available medication options and discuss their benefits, risks, and expected outcomes so you feel confident moving forward.

2. Lab Work

If you've had the required CW Weight Loss (see under laboratory/blood work tab) within the last 3 months from an outside provider, we are happy to accept them. If not, we will draw the necessary labs during your initial visit.

3. Personalized Treatment Plan

Once your lab results are complete, your provider will review them. If you are a candidate, we will then send in your medication, provide dosing instructions, and discuss expectations and next steps.

4. Monthly Check-Ins

To ensure you're progressing safely and feeling your best, we will schedule a one month follow up from starting your medication. This visit can be either in-person or via telehealth.

5. Ongoing Lab Monitoring

3 month & 6 month lab follow ups are required to help us ensure your treatment remains appropriate and optimize your long-term success.
